Error On SSIS Package Load

If you ever get:

System.ArgumentException: Value does not Fall within The expected Range.
at Microsoft.SqlServer.Dts.Runtime.Application.LoadPackage(String filename, IDTSEvents event, Boolean loadNeutral)...

Make sure you check the string of the package name.
